Following its rededication by the cathedral chapter, a well-known historic building next to Brixen’s sacristy and cathedral was to be repurposed for use by service companies. A law firm was granted permission to proceed with the conversion and use of the premises on the first floor.

The main challenge in terms of interior design was to harmonise the effect of the historic frescoes, cornices and arches with the desire to provide individual workstations. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls offer unhindered views over the visual ensemble of elements and draw inspiration from their religious origins.

The front office is located beneath a barrel vault at the entrance: with its yellow, rounded frontage, the office desk echoes the overhead span and, thanks to its symmetrical positioning, produces a sense of harmony.
