One of Brixen’s oldest townhouses is located in a small alley in the heart of the old town, with its origins dating back to the 13th century.

The Penthouse F project involved the conversion, renovation and interior design of an attic apartment. The playful shape of the roof inspired the basic planning of the interior: the charming interplay of vistas and recesses highlight the uniqueness of the historic design.

The connection between the rooms, as well as the materials selected – wood, plaster and glass – create a very open and spacious impression, while at the same time offering wide-ranging views over the city.
