Brixen’s Stufels district is located on a slight raise, providing magnificent views of the towers of the city’s cathedral and the entire old town. In 2023 the »Guggenberg« residential complex was built here, comprising 15 spacious apartments and a total of 34 garages.

The complex consists of a terraced base structure that merges into two towers of differing heights on the upper floors. The residential units possess large terraces and gardens that are all equally secluded. In keeping with the villa-like character of the building, the materials, colours and forms chosen were reduced to a minimum so as to further emphasise the natural elegance of the whole.
